when is it planned to support the PRC Format in PDF-XChange Editor?

Hello Martin,

I cannot provide any guarantees on a timeline, but the Dev team have said "we are close".
If we are lucky, this could mean as little as a build or two down the road, but maybe a bit more, depending on any turbulence encountered.

I just encountered the same problem with some 3D PDFs I received from my customer.
Therefore I updated my XChange PDF Version to the latest one. But still no support for PRC Models.
What's the status about this feature update?

This should be implemented fairly soon; within the next couple builds. I'm afraid that I can't be more specific or definite than that at the moment.

PRC 3D support is still missing, a black rectangle is still displayed instead of the object.

I believe that in general we do support PRC files.
If you are having issues with a specific document - then can we please have a copy of the file to pass on to our devs?

This file seems to work perfectly fine in build 364.0, once you open the file, you are prompted if you would like to trust the file, and then you can enable the 3d content. If you do not see the prompt about trusting the file, you may have disabled "document info bar" notifications from our preferences (Ctrl_K). Kind regards,

I thought that it was enough to check all the checkboxes in this tab in order to see all the warnings. It doesn't seem to be.

It certainly should be enough to enable them all, but also, your list seems to be missing the 3D content info option entirely. This could indicate that you have not installed the 3D module, or that you are running an older build of the software. May I ask what build you are running currently? If you are already on build 364.0, I will have to suggest that you reinstall the software.

You were right, I wasted your time. Indeed, when installing the application, support for 3D objects was disabled. Thanks a lot for your help!
