Skewed text
Hi all,
I'm currently having an issue with PDF Xchange Lite where, when using letter dimensions, text will be skewed and not where they should be. Scaling is automatic and everything is fit to center. Attached is what it looks like. Everything is slightly out of place.
We tried different dimensions, different settings, but nothing seems to change it.
However, when we print it out via CutePDF or PDF Creator, it comes out fine.
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

Hello Jangle,
Could I ask to see a comparison between the CutePDF output and our output? if possible the documents themselves would be best so that we can compare every aspect to see what could be going on.
You can attach PDF documents, images or Zip files directly to your forum post by dragging them into the typing area.

The first document I posted was the one produced from Xchange. The second one in the post a little bit under that is the one from Cute PDF.Will - Tracker Supp wrote: ↑Wed Apr 17, 2019 2:47 pm Hi Jangle,

Hello Jangle, These are only images of the documents, not the documents themselves. Could you please try placing the PDF's in a Zip folder and uploading them here? If they are too large to be uploaded on the forums you can upload them to our useruploads server instead: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowle ... le-service

Re: Skewed text
I get what you're saying but in the end, we torn down the entire document to just this one page. The one page you see is the one page we had left in the document, and it was still producing text like this.TrackerSupp-Daniel wrote: ↑Wed Apr 17, 2019 7:10 pm Hello Jangle, These are only images of the documents, not the documents themselves. Hello Jangle,
I see that, but in order to discern what the actual issue is, and where the cause lies, we need to PDF documents themselves. This way, instead of looking at a picture, we can analyze the data in the document. The original file (before printing to PDF) will also help us as we can run some tests with it to see what exactly our printing is going during the print process so that we can correct it in action.
Kind regards,

Re: Skewed text
Hello Jangle,
Thank you for this file. We will still need the following.
1. The output PDF file that is generated by Cute PDF
2. The original Source file
3. Please follow the steps here to create printer TMP files while printing the source file from your machine to our Lite printer.
Please Attach the first two items to your next forum post, you can either zip the printer tmp file and attach that as well, or if it is too large, you will need to upload it to our Useruploads site.
Kind regards.
