Tracker Activity at Windows 10 Startup

I have been using PDF-Xchange Editor for a few years now - with a recent upgrade to PDF-Xchange Editor Plus.

I have noticed over the last 3 or 4 weeks that whenever my Windows 10, V1809, is restarted I now get a Windows UAC prompt asking for permission to run a Tracker Products update.
So far, I have not allowed this process to run.

What is the purpose of this process and can this activity be controlled?

Welcome to our forum.

It seems like the updater is trying to run in order to check for updates of our products.
If you would like to disable the updater, please take a look at the following knowledge base article to find out how to do this:
