How do I save a file after rotating it?

This should be a very simple procedure. I rotate a PDF file, use Save As and give it a different name from the original. But when I open it, it is not rotated. What am I doing wrong?

It seems that you didn't rotate pages, but you did rotate view .... (When file is changed, there is
* (
asterisk) in the name of his tab)

Additional info: to effectively rotate pages in a PDF-file:
- click the Rotate button in the Organize tab (in the Ribbon User Interface), or
- click the Document-menu > Rotate Pages... (in the Classic Toolbars interface).
