Fillable form not working

I created a new form with text boxes, check boxes, etc. like have I done in the past. When I opened it today I was unable to type anything into any field nor was I able to highlight any field to edit it. I can print the form but that is about it. Can someone enlighten me as to what the problem might be? I have "no security" set for the form. I am using PDF Exchange Editor Plus.

It does not appear that the file was attached to your post, Can you try attaching it once more? the simplest way to do this is to drag and drop the PDF file directly into the reply field you are typing in.

I don't know if it makes a difference or not but when clicking on my license key it said "renew". When I clicked on "renew" it showed I was valid through 2020 but I think I needed to paste it in the proper box which I did. Now shows me valid.

The licensing would have no bearing on your ability to fill in an existing form. The Editor is usable for filling forms even without any licenses at all.

Thank you, I have received the email.

It appears that this document does not contain any form fields to be filled. Which would be why you cannot fill it in. In this case, I suggest using the typewriter tool to fill it in. You can turn this into a fillable form by following the steps in this article: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowle ... -PDF-forms

Beyond that, I noticed that the image in this document is exorbitantly large, considering its small presence. I would suggest if you plan on distributing this as a form, you may wish to create a much smaller variant of this image.

I created it the same as the other forms with text, check boxes, etc with formulas that worked when I created it. I'll look at the link you sent. Thanks,

I still don't understand why this form doesn't work. I created it the way your link says to. I had check boxes, javascripts, text boxes,etc in it. After creating it I tested all of the fields. Text would fill in, formulas for check boxes worked properly filling in the appropriate fields, etc. After saving it and coming back later and reopening it the fields no longer worked and you say it is not a fillable form although it worked when I created it. I just don't understand why this has happened.

Are you printing the form, flattening the fields, extracting pages, or anything like that? Can you take us through what is done between when the form is fillable and when it isn't?
