reduce font size in stickys, textboxes

How do I do this? Don't see an option in the properties pane or in document preferences.

Hello Walter,

You should be able to change the font size, color and type form the Properties pane and from the format tab:

Is this option is unavailable at your end, please send us a screenshot of what you see when you are trying to edit the font.
