Can't save my file.

Hi,

As of today, I cannot save changes that I have made to my file, for example highlighting.
Attached is the screenshot of the error message.

Welcome to our forums!
First - can you please confirm which build of our products is currently installed on your machine?
If it is not the latest (328.2) - please try updating to it first, and see if that resolves the problem.

If you are using the latest build - can you save under a different file name or in a different location? Or do you still get the same error message?

Yes, I have updated it to 328.2, but it does not resolve the problem.

I cannot save it to neither desktop folder nor documents folder with the error message as in the attached image file, but surprisingly I can save it to 3D Objects folder or my external SD card.

What is the original location of the file in question?
Is it e.g. opened inside IE window?

is the original location of the file. I changed some directory names into English for your info.

I solved the problem by turning off the ransomeware protection by Windows defender. It did not let the pdf x -changer to make changes to my folder. Thanks for your support.
