When i am reading this book in full screen mode... with the full page visible always...
the white margins in top and bottom of the page are using up the screen..
Can you add an option to remove those white margins ?

Thanks for the post and request.
I am afraid however that what looks like white margin is not always 'empty space' - e.g. if your document is a scanned page - the scanned image usually includes the white areas too! Also - there might be objects there that are invisible but still present, and as such - determining what is empty area is not always straight forward and easy to automate.
What I can suggest you as an alternative is to try and zoom in the page (Ctrl + mouse wheel up works in full screen as well!).
