[Feature request] Editable fullscreen toolbar

Hello support,

please add the possibility to edit the fullscreen toolbar:

a) in position on screen (the best way is when i can drag and move it to any position and the editor saves it for later)
b) the order of functions
c) and the functions itself (often i want special selection colors or tools and so on)
