Editor won't print in colour

Hi

I have just bought an HP Color Laserjet Pro M254nw all my programs, other than Editor, print in colour perfectly. If I try to print a PDF file the preview in the print dialog is in black and white and the document prints in gray scale.

I can load the PDF in any other application and it will print in colour OK.

I'm stumped!

Hello BarryH,

Likely the Editor is set to print in greyscale or monochrome. To resolve this first open the print dialog (Ctrl+P) and click on More...:

In the window that appears, change the color override to Color:

Then press OK, the preview should reflect the color output, and finally printing should show the correct result.

Yes, I found the setting, it was set to monochrome, I'd actually changed it to Auto and all now seems OK
