Can I get offline help file (manual) for PDF X-Change Editor 7.0?

I found version 5.x: http://downloads.pdf-xchange.com/PDF-Editor_manual.pdf
If not, will that older manual be enough? Just need some basic usage like ocr and bookmarks.
