Outlook 365 - Desktop - Preview Handler

Good Afternoon,

I am constantly having issues with the preview handler within Outlook not starting. In the preview window of Outlook, all I get is a message saying "Starting PDF-Exchange Preview Handler" and it just sits there.

Done the uninstall / reinstall to no avail.

PDF-Xchange Editor Plus Version 7.0 (build 328.2)
Windows 10 build 18298

Any help appreciated.

Hello,

Maybe you should try the solution proposed in the reply in the following thread:
viewtopic.php?f=62&t=30568#p121932

I.e. run C:\Program Files\Tracker Software\Shell Extensions\XCShInfoSetup.exe and select your preferred settings.

After that, restart your computer, and try again.
