I had used Acrobat earlier and used to highlight my pdf books with yellow.
But in Xchange editor, the color of yellow is very different from the yellow in Acrobat.
I want to match the color of highlighter tool permanently to the RBG code used in Acorbat.
I tried to change, by setting as Default etc... but when i open another pdf, the color is reverting back to the original hue.
In the attached picture, you can see the TWO different yellows...
the first two yellow is Xchange editors .. and the last two is Acrobat's
Please help...

Re: Change PERMANENTLY the color of the highlighter tool
I am sorry to say that, after editing the RBG of the yellow color to 255,255,0 ... it works for the current session, but on closing the editor and reopening... the default color is again shown..Will - Tracker Supp wrote: ↑Mon Jan 28, 2019 8:41 am Hi Hafessh,

Hi Hafeesh,
That wouldn't be a feature of our software. This suggests that you have something interfering with our registry entries, which is where we store our settings. What antivirus are you using, and do you use any registry cleaners?
Thanks,

Re: Change PERMANENTLY the color of the highlighter tool
Hello hafeesh,
The "default style" should remain until you select another color (or reselect the original "yellow"), at which point the custom style is lost. If you wish to permanently have a custom yellow you can switch to and from, you will need to create a separate custom entry, by following the steps here: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowle ... nge-Editor
Edit: I feel I should add a photo description of how the "default style" works. When you choose set as default style, the original button, on the Home and Comment tabs, will change, this is the tool you are changing. When selecting any other color from the dropdown or the Format tab, it is automatically set as the "default style": I hope this helps!
