Hi,
I'm user of PDF X-Change Editor Plus 7.0.
From time to time I create editable pdf forms.
Is it possible to export data from multiple files (the same form) to one table e.g. Excel ?
I found this function in Acrobat Pro but I don't have it. https://youtu.be/XqZfvO8CS4s?t=2m24s
Is there any similar function in Tracker Software Products?
Thank you for replay,
Karol

Re: Export Data From Multiple Forms
Hello Karol,
I am afraid that there is currently no such feature in the Editor, but please take a look at the PDF Tools, and it's "Forms -> Export Form Data" feature:

Hello Stefan,
thank you for replay.
I know this option but it is completely not useful if you have 1000 forms.
Do you have in plan to provide function or plug-in like in Acrobat ?
I think it will be very useful.

Hello dlugirapfr,
Why is this not useful?
You can select multiple input files, and then export the result to .csv formatted file?
Regards,
Stefan

Sorry Stefan,
but I don't fully understand. How can I select multiple input?
If I open more than one pdf file in PDF X Change Editor I can export to csv only active form.

Hello Karol,
It is not the Editor that has this feature. As I mentioned in my above posts - it is the PDF Tools that I had in mind:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/pdf-tools
And this feature: Cheers,
Stefan

Unfortunately I don't have that option in my tool.
As I see you have in All tools 68 postion - I have only 58.
My version is: 7.0 built 325.1

Re: Export Data From Multiple Forms
Hello Karol,
That's a bit older. The current latest is 328.1 and my shot is from that tool.
Also - my total of 68 might include some custom tools that I've done for testing
Please try updating and give this feature a try!
Regards,
Stefan
