Problem Printing - The printer name is invalid

Hi, I have the latest version of PDF-X Pro installed on windows 10.

When I try and print a pdf opened up via a webpage (IE) I get An error occurred error[operating system]: The printer Name Is Invalid.

I have recently changed printers (same printer driver). All of the options on the print setup page work fine its only after you press the print button the error appears.

We get the same error when trying to print directly from Pdf X-change Editor. Printing the same document from Adobe Reader works, but it is cumbersome to have to open the document in a different program when printing.

Can I ask you to first try reinstalling and uupdating the printer drivers to see if that helps. Beyond that, could you please tell us what version of the Editor you are currently running? This can be found from the Help > about menu.

we are running Version: 8.0, build 331.0. Previously we had the printer shared from our server, I now installed the printer on the computer using a tcp/ip port and it seems to work.
