Button to send email not working

Hi Support,

I am using PDF XChange editor v7.0 (build 326.1) and Microsoft outlook (in 32-bit mode).
In my form I have added a button to send the email of FDF data. But when I launch the file in view mode getting "Unspified system error", same file tried from Acrobat reader DC there got a message saying open the file from web browser. Same file again tried opening from chrome there also Outlook is not launching after pressing the button.
Please let me know what is the procedure to send FDF data over Email.

Hello Vinay,

Could I ask for a copy of this form to investigate and test with? I am also a bit confused by your description, does the error present itself whenever opening the document, or only after clicking the button? If it is the former, it is unlikely the button is the cause, and more likely that an error has occurred while the document was created. Have you used any application other than our Editor to create and edit this form?

I'm having the same problem. When I press the button, Outlook makes an email with the pdf attachment but when I press send it goes into an endless loop.

I wanted to clarify here, You said that outlook makes an email with the PDF attachment, so does this lop occur in the Editor, or is it outlook that has the issue? If it is the former, please send screenshots of the error, or windows that makes you think there is a loop. If it is the latter, you will likely need to contact Microsoft support, and it is their software displaying this issue, we simply give it the file to attach.
