To delete any selected comments, you need only push the delete key on your keyboard, or right click the comment and click Delete.
If these options are not available, it is possible the document has security in place preventing changes.

I am asking for ALL comments not single comment

You can delete all the comments via the Comments pane:
- click View-menu > Other panes > Comments (Classic Toolbars) or click View-tab > Panes > Comments (Ribbon UI)
- in the Comments pane, click, and then press CTRL + A to select all the comments
- press the Delete button on your keyboard or click the Delete icon in the toolbar in the Comments pane
