Black artifacts appear at random when integrating comments on pdf printed from Revit 2018 using the Xchange driver.

If I only work on single pages and integrate immediately it seems to work fine, but several pages combined is sure to produce the black rectangles.

I've attached an example.

I used raster printing if that helps?

Also, zooming is pretty chaotic and slow on prints from Revit…

Could you please send us an example Revit project file, with which you have this issue, and the printed PDF file?
We need these files so we can investigate the reason for this issue.

Unfortunately that is not possible -I can send you the printed pdf, but not the Revit project. I am not allowed to forward complete tender models material like that...

This is understandable.

We have several similar cases, but I wanted to make sure the problem is the same and that's why I asked for the files.

All the cases are reported to our developers and they are working to resolve these issues.

For now, I can advise you to install an older version of our software.
