Hi,
I'm experiencing a problem when re-saving (print as .pdf) the doc with the sign graphic in there. It creates a gray shadow around the sign.

How do i prevent from it ?

Can you please check (Under Help -> About) which build of the Editor is currently installed on your machine?
Also - why do you need to reprint a PDF back to PDF?

thanks for reply
the Version 7.0 (Build 326.1)
I'm re-printing to prevent extracting elements like signs etc., so only copies from re-print are possible furthermore.

In the print screen here above in this thread, I see "Microsoft Print to PDF".

Did you also try to print to PDF via the "PDF-XChange Lite" printer ?

Are they both giving the same result, background color for the signature ?

I am afraid that following this thread, I must also post a Disclaimer before we can continue.

It is never a good idea to print a PDF to PDF as it usually creates more problems than it resolves. Use it only as an absolute last resort and when all other avenues have failed. It is always a better option to save your PDF rather than reprint it. Tracker Software, and its support team, may be unable to assist resolving issues when printing PDF to PDF.

As you said you are trying to prevent extracting information, have you considered instead using document security instead? This can be used to lock down a document and prevent changes, copying content, printing, etc, unless you have the password.
