Feature Request: Option to exclude words in the header and footer of a document from the search results

Would it be possible to add an advance feature to the search where the header and footer of a PDF document are excluded from the search results? Frequently the search term I am looking also appears as one of the words in a document footer. The is occurs often because the chapter title of a document relates to frequently searched words within the body of the document itself.
