Changing Document Security

This reminder continues to pop up even if I check the box not to be reminded again. Isn't it supposed to permanently go away?

Hello,

Myself, I am not able to reproduce this with PDF-XChange Editor V7 build 326.1 - 32-bit.
Once the check-box has been turned ON, the message does not appear again when applying password-protection to documents.

Maybe working with an older version or with the portable version, or only in specific situations?

Arnold - Do you have registry cleaners or any antivirus? If so, please try temporarily disabling them and see if there's any difference in behaviour.

I changed the description of the security setting and tried using it a couple of times. It seems to have fixed it the problem.
