Conversion to Excel, Word not ok

Post by MrZebulon »

Hi All.

PDF-form is ok but the conversion to Excel and Word, not.
The Excel sheet doesn't contain any form-data.
In the The Word document the form-data are not in the right place.

Kind regards
Roland

Hello Roland,
Thank you for sending us those files. We are working on improvements to these exporting functions. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try flattening the form fields before you export to word. Unfortunately this workaround does not apply to Excel.

First, go to the Comment tab and click on Flatten.

Make sure that form fields are also being flattened:

Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to improve these features.
