pdf-xchange editor tab name size

When many tabs are opened, the name of each tab is shortened. Is there a way to force the size of the tab to match the size of the file name? Thanks.

Can't this be done via Edit (or File) > Preferences > General > (then at Tabs and Windows) Setup... ?

In the Manage Tabs and Windows dialog-box, un-check "Shrink document tabs when there is not enough space for them".

Furthermore you can hide the close [X] button to leave more space for text on tabs.

I would like for the X button to show up on mouse-over only (aka combine the current hide option with a mouse-over action). This is how I work in Firefox, allowing tabs to show a wide title, but also being able to close a tab by mouse-click.

Thank you for the suggestion, as per usual I cannot guarantee implementation, but I have created a ticket and can promise it will be seriously considered.
