PDF-XChange Editor vs. PDFXChange Editor Plus and the Demo stamp

Hi,

I wonder what are the most significant advantages of the Editor Plus vs Editor? Forms? If so, what are advantages or scenarios when I use forms?

In the demo version, I extensively tested the OCR engine, the enhancement function and saved the PDFs. So I have a demo stamp in the PDFs. How can I delete this stamp?

Best, Alexander

1) In case you do not have to create fill-able PDF forms for any reason, a license for PDF-XChange Editor (not the Plus) should be sufficient.

2) If you do not have a payed license for PDF-XChange Editor, then it gives you a warning that it is going to put publicity stamps on your pages when you are going to use a licensed-feature, in case you will Save the PDF. If you decide to continue, it acts that way. A warning banner will stay visible on top of the text window.
If you do not like to have these stamps, then you should:
- avoid to use licensed-features;
- avoid to save and overwrite the original file, by doing a "Save As" with another name;
- buy and pay a license.

To remove the current stamps you will need a licensed PDF-editor application, like PDF-XChange Editor.
