Hey
is it possible to disable switching pages when scrolling? I would like to only scroll on the page selected when i use the mouse wheel (and not to get to the next page).
(Alternatively it would help me if i could completely disable the mouse wheel function within x change editor only)

Could you please try to enable Ribbon layout and see if this works for you.
You can do that under the Main menu -> View -> Ribbon layout:

Unfortunately you cannot disable the mouse wheel function in the PDF Editor only.
