Measurement Font Size

How do I change the font size use when I add a dimension line to a PDF file using Tools -> Measuring Tools -> Distance Tool? I looked in the Comment Styles Palette but could not find a line item for font.

Yes it is,
Note that you need to "double click" on the annotation to have the "comment" box appear, then after selecting the text in that box you will be able to make edits. Afterwards, simply close the comment box and the changes will stick.
