writing comments

Post by shay_rosner »

hi,
what is the best way to ask question on On top of the text at the pdf?
I mean, when I want to ask a client a question about certain clauses in the contract. I need him to be able to reply. Will the customer be able to see and reply a comment without the tracker software?
thank you

Hello shay_rosner,

Annotations are part of the standard PDF specification, and annotations that you can add with our software will show in any other compliant product.
You can e.g. use the sticky note tool in our Editor:

And when someone opens the same file in E.g. Adobe - they will see the Sticky note, and have options to add extra replies to the same sticky note annotation:

Stefan
