NOT ABLE TO CHANGE FONT IN XCHANGE EDITOR

I just purchased the product. Serial numbers etc. are good.

When I use the editor, the Font area is greyed out and I cannot select my Font.

is it a protected pdf file?
Can you try another one pdf without protection.

aksharma1857 - If the document is not protected (Ctrl + D --> Security) then please send a sample file, a screen-shot that shows what you are doing and a description of what text, specifically, you are trying to change.
