Cant edit a document once digitally signed

I have a pdf document that's been digitally signed, how can I edit this to insert a new page ?

Hello SIEMENS666,

I am afraid that at the moment when we open a signed PDF document we will disable some editing features so that we can ensure we will preserve the integrity of the signature (some modifications might break the signature and make it invalid).
