New call-out and test box font rendering issue
If I type text in a callout or a text box it initially appears in the correct font. But if I close the file and open it again the font appears distorted...Can you help me resolve this issue please.

I've tried to reproduce this behaviour, but I couldn't do it in any way. Please check your Editor's version from Help -> About and if you are using anything different than Version 7 (Build 324.2), please update the Editor and check if the problem persists in the new version.
You can always find the latest version of our products on the following page:
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/product/downloads
If the problem persists in the new version, please send us a sample PDF file in which you can reproduce this behaviour every time so we can test it on our end.
If the file has any personal data in it or you do not wish to post it on a public forum, please send it to us via e-mail to support@pdf-xchange.com
