Files are always opening from the first page. It doesn't matter where I closed the file previously.
It is really annoying.

Hmm, it works when option «Restore the last used page layout and zoom settings, while opening a document from the Recent List» in Page Display menu is checked.
IIRC it worked in previous versions without this option checked and I don't use Recent Files.

Ahhhh! that part is actually intended.
As it stands the program only checks if an opened document exists as a recent document, so as long as the option is checked and the document is one of the (Default:50) recent document opened, it will respect those previous settings.

With it unchecked they should open using the other program defaults.
