I dled the actual version of PDFTools and found now all in the right language.
But: The pressetting is File allways. That's annoaing because every time you want to do something you have to change to Home before you can choose a tool.
Please cahnge!

Is your below post in the right forum? You speak of tools but have posted in the Editor section.
I would assume the post is about PDF tools and reply accordingly.
I have just tested it and everything seems to be OK at my end. Every time I close the PDF Tools it stays at the same place as I have left it. If the issue is a different one can you please provide more information about your problem and a screenshot if possible?
