I hope this helps!

I suppose you are printing to a real printer on sheets of paper ?

Can you compare with printing via a virtual PDF printer towards a PDF document ?

Do you see the same problem in both situations ?
- If yes, then we should rather suspect PDF-XChange Editor
- If not, then it might be caused by the printer or printer driver

Do you have the problem with particular PDFs or with all kinds of PDFs ?
Maybe it only goes about comments/annotations that are not printing ?

Best regards.

Thanks for the suggestions Willy,

bkencairn, did you find a solution or are you still experiencing the problem?
Does "Print as images" help with outputting the content to paper (as a workaround until we figure out what is causing the initial problem)?

As Willy asked - does this happen with some files or with all? If it's only some - can we have a copy of one such to test at our end please?

Cheers,
Stefan
