Hello
I installed the licensed xchange editor.
When I try to doc export in pdf, see our business logo in the background of A4 page.
I've tried in various ways but I can not take it off.
Someone can help me?
Thanks
Ivan

Re: Our logo in background page
Hello Ivan,
Welcome to our forum, and thanks for the enquiry.
Can we please have a copy of the logo and a sample file that you want to add it to - so that we can take a look?
Also please tell us exactly what steps you take (with the exact commands and where you click in the menus described), so that we can try to reproduce it here.
Is the image illustrative of what you want to achieve or is it your current result that you want to change?
Regards,
Stefan

Re: Our logo in background page SOLVED
Hello Ivan,
I see that your PDF has been made on the hand of Microsoft Word 2013 itself, via File > Save As > PDF.
When you make the PDF with PDF-XChange, in Word 2013, via File > Print, to the PDF-XChange Standard printer, or via the PDF-XChange office-add-in and Convert to PDF, you will not have these brivaplast-logos in the background.
The problem comes from the fact that this logo (picture) has been set as background for your document.
To resolve this:
- open your (Word-)document in Word 2013
- click the Page Layout tab
- click the Page Color icon (in the Page Background group of icons)
- click "No Color" (instead of Fill Effects... > Picture)
Try again to transform your DOCX to PDF via either one of the three methods. The problem should be solved.
Best regards.
