Lost UI menus SOLVED

Hi,

I appear to have randomly lost all my UI menu buttons, they were visible yesterday but have dissapeard this morning,
I have the menu bar, (f9) but none of the other tool bars,
when i go to veiw toolbars they are all ticket but there is no effect by ticking and unticking them... apart from the checkbox for the main menu bar that makes it dissapear and re-appear

after making sure i unchecked the box for my preset comment styles! phew

Awesome! Glad that helped

If you have lots of custom styles, I'd recommend that you use the Export Settingsp feature to back them up (if you haven't already). I have some fairly heavy customizations myself, so this has saved me a lot of trouble when constantly working with user settings files.

I ran into the same problem, I have no idea how, and almost freaked out
But I found this thread and Edit->Reset Settings saved me.
