Any way to collate highlights into new document?

Post by juice »

I'm presuming this isn't possible, both because it seems like a weird thing to want, and because I've searched and found nothing :-)

What I'd like to do it to be able to tell it to copy all of the highlighted text from a document into a new document, with a horizontal line separator (or similar) between comments, so I can see all of my highlights very quickly. Yes, I can expand the "comments" list and down-arrow though it, but that's not the same thing, and doesn't work perfectly anyway (only changes page for the second comment on the page, for example).

Anyway, I'm not expecting this to be a thing, but thought I'd ask anyway :-)

Hi Mic,

Thanks for the post - Please take a look at the Summarize Comments (Comments --> Summarize Comments) feature, as I suspect it should do as you need:

Thanks,
