Possable to resize all pages by a percentage based? SOLVED

I've looked and can't find any way to resize pages via %, I see "Standard" and "Custom" for Paper Sizes, but no way to do say 25% small or 66% small, all while keeping everything to scale/aspect ratio.

Can a Percentage option be added to the Resize Page windows?
