Default tool

Hi,

I am finding an issue annoying and wonder if there is a way around it.

When I use a tool, I find I have to select it again from the dropdown menus before I can use it again. The options under the Preferences > Tools do not help at all as I want the tool I select to stay activated for the current document until I decide otherwise.

Is that possible?

When you select a particular tool, you will see a few optional buttons appearing in the Properties toolbar.
The one you need, is the "Keep Selected" button. When you activate this button, the selected tool will stay active.
