error when trying to enter my digital signature!

Hello,

I am using PDF-XChange Editor Version 6.0 Build 318.1.

I keep getting an error when trying to enter my digital signature.

I have attached the pdf file for you to look at along with a screen shot.

Thank you for the post. I am afraid this might be an issue with your certificate. Could you please go to Ducument> Sign Document (Mark an area on the page) and post a screenshot of the Sign Document window?

I don't quite understand what you mean.

This document was sent to me and I think one of the issues is maybe is I can not figure out how to sign it.

When I click on the area where the digital signature goes I get a pop up window which I will post a screen shot of for you.

Hello gate1975mlm,

Thanks for posting that. Please try turning off the TimeStamp server option at the bottom of that screen. I would suggest choosing another option from the "Issues To" drop down menu.
