Remove icon in windows explorer preview

When I preview a file in windows explorer which is very useful for renaming scans, I get a large PDF exchange icon in the bottom left corner unfortunately this always covers the title block of the scan which means I cant rename it from the preview...

is there any way to turn this off?

Thanks for the post - If you're seeing that, then our preview provider is not being used. Please see this article for instructions on re-registering the Shell Extensions and you should find that helps:
