I have a user that marked up a PDF with a considerable amount of text using the Typewriter tool. After completing it, he realized that he really should have made the text red instead of black so it would stand out. The only way we can see to do this would be to select each piece of text and change the color. That will take a long time because he has so many pieces of text. Is there a way to do this globally?
Thanks!
Ken

Re: globally edit text properties for all typewriter text
- Select one of the typewriter text boxes
- Select the text in it, and make it red
(You may have to click the Edit-menu > Properties, to activate the Properties Panel and to modify the "Font Color")
- Click somewhere else (out of the text box)
- Click again on that text box (to select it)
- Do a right mouse click and click "Make current properties default"
- Activate the Comments panel via the View-menu > Other panes > Comments
In the Comments pane:
- Click Options and select "Group by type"
- Click the "Text Box" group
Now do a right mouse click on one of the text boxes in the text itself, and click "Apply default properties"
Does this help?
