How to Create & Edit Fillable Forms

I have PDF-XChange Editor v5.5, Windows 10. I need to create fillable forms. I also need to edit forms created by others. How do I do this?

Probably the problem is that the Forms feature was not yet available in V5.5 of PDF-XChange Editor
(Version history: https://www.pdf-xchange.com/produc ... or/history)

If I am right, you will need to download and install PDF-XChange Editor V6 for this:
