Hello Shay,

The easiest way to place your text box in the centre of the page is:

1. Place your text box on the desired height of the page.
2. Select the box and go to Object -> Transform selection.
3. Enter the X coordinate of the box manually so it is placed in the middle of the page. For example if your page is A4 (210x297mm) you should type 105 (see the attached screenshot).

Regards,
Radi

Hello Shay,
just out of curiosity:
Does it have to be a textbox or do you just want to create some kind of a header?
Using the header/footer function would be another way to get a text centred on the top of a page.

Hi Radi,
I have a question regarding inserting pictures directly into a posting.
I tried it in my previous posting, but it didn't show up.
Here is what I did:
took a screenshot and uploaded it to imgur.com
I then used the "Img" option and inserted the link to the uploaded picture between the two "IMG"s .
What am I doing wrong?
Before I litter the forum with "Test"-postings to figure out how it works can you give me some advice?

this is the imgur.com link:

Hi HaPe,

You'll need to click on the get share links:

Then choose the BBCode link:

Aaaah I see
Looks like one has to have an imgur account. So I created one and was then able to see the share options.
OK - I'll give it another try.Shame on me if I fail again......
This time I don't use the Forum Editors "Img" options and just copy/paste the link from Imgur. Here it comes - another "Aaaah" - this time I can even see the picture in the preview :D

Thanks Will !
