We do not know if you have this problem with a particular kind/type of text box ...
- Add Text (for base content)
- Typewriter
- Text box
- ...

Normally, you have to click in the text of one of these boxes and then right-click and click Text Style > Make Current Text Format Default.
You have to do this for each type of text box.

If the problem persists, can you please give more information about the type of text boxes you are having the problem with ?
And, also be sure to be using the latest version of PDF-XChange Editor.

Thank you very much for your attention.
I've only seen your answer now.
Unfortunately, the problem still exists.
The problem also appears in other contexts of writing from right to left - typing, comments, etc.

Hello Shay,
Thank you for getting back to us. Please create the annotation how you like. Then highlight a part or all the text of the annotation then Right-Click the text. Go to Text Style> Make Current Text Format Default.

This should retain the text alignment between annotations of that type.

I hope this helps!
