Hi I ran an in-app launched update of the Editor and although it reported as complete, the app is no longer installed. The folder is there, but not the exe
I've tried to download from the website to install again, but for some reason both the zip and msi download as invalid files, and I cannot launch.
Help!

We are aware of this issue. It is related to some of our older builds and it should be fixed in the latest installers.
Please try to uninstall all Tracker Software products from your computer and then try to download and install them manually. You can find the latest version of our products here:
