Signatures and Initials

What ist the best way to distribute signatures (Document - Signatures and Initials) to multiple users?

I've tried to find them in the Stamps-Directory or to export and import a xcs-file, but no luck.

Hello Georg5,

The signature settings will be stored in:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Settings\Operations\AddDigitalSignature

But please note that just copying those registry keys might not work - especially if the signature relies on a certificate stored in the windows certificates storage.

Are you sure? Though I have set up 3 signatures I can't find a corresponding key within HKCU.

Hello Georg5,

Please try to look for your signature files in the following folder:
C:\Users\<<USER>>\AppData\Roaming\Tracker Software\PDFXEditor\3.0\Security

Copying the the signature files in this folder to another computer should transfer them to the new machine.
