how to insert a field "date"

Hello - sorry my english...

i have to fill again and again a form.
Now i must type the date in this form.
I want to fill this fild in the form automatically - so as is possible in Office programs.

One approach is discussed here http://www.uwec.edu/help/Acrobat9/for-date.htm. Fairly easy to implement even if not familiar with Javascript.
