Just been looking at
https://www.pdf-xchange.com/knowled ... -all-users
for rolling out a large set of custom stamps to multiple users.
is there a similar way of rolling out comment styles (from the comment styles palette) ?

Re: Rollout comment palette
Hello dasy2k1,
Thank you for the post.
The custom styles in your Comment styles palette are not located in a file like the stamps, they are located in the registry.
The easiest way to copy your custom styles to many computers is to export them via the Editor's settings and then import them on as many computers as you would like.
You can export the Editor's settings this via the main menu -> Edit -> Export settings or via a command line.
Then, you can import them in either of the following ways - from inside the Editor -> Edit -> Import settings (not very useful for multiple computers) or via a command line.
Please see all command line options of the Editor on the following page:

Re: Rollout comment palette
Thanks.
Don't really have the capacity to roll out via command line (only rolling out to one small department rather than the whole business)
but I can easily create a zip of all the stamps needed and the settings and a simple instruction sheet for the users to import all the settings and stamps.
the more I use this program the more useful bits I discover

Hi dasy2k1,
In this case, you can just set up all your custom styles on a test machine, export the Editor's settings and add the file to your ZIP with simple instructions for your users.
Please note that you can also export your stamps collections via Edit -> Export settings. This way your user will import both your custom styles and your stamps collection with a single operation (Edit -> Import settings).
Regards,
Radi
