White space not cropped around

I have a PDF with big white space around (made by AutoCAD), and the command "crop white spaces" only crops on top and on left side, but not at right and not at bottom.
Why? (see attachment)

Hi Peter,
The "Remove White Space" feature will remove any portion of the page that does not have any content on it. Your file might look as if there is nothing but the letter A on it - but there is quite some text in the lower left corner. It is invisible - but still there - please take a look at the attached image.
