Sorry, I couldn't find a better forum to post about Tracker Updater.
Today it told me I had four updates. Great. It downloaded all four and then installed the first one, and then the first installer (PDF-XChange Editor) told me it had to terminate Tracker Updater complete.
So that was my first update done. Then I ran Tracker Updater again. It found three updates, downloaded them all and the same thing happened - i.e. it just installed the first of the three.
I ended up running Tracker Updater four times, and downloading the files way more times than I needed to. Is this really necessary?

That other dopic discusses translation issues - while this one is for the updater tool and how it works. Did you get the correct link? Or maybe you wanted to make this as a second post in your other topic?
